Shipping Protection is an optional add-on in your cart. Without it, we still look into every delivery problem with the carrier, and your consumer rights apply either way.

Returns and exchanges
We offer exchanges, not refunds, for a change of mind. Within 30 days of delivery, swap an unworn piece in its original packaging for another size or design, or take store credit. Email us first and wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping on these swaps is paid by you.
Mystery boxes are final sale, except where the law requires otherwise. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced, exchanged or refunded, and we cover the shipping. Full terms are in our refund policy.
