-
Measure a ring that fits
Measure straight across the inside opening in millimeters. Do not include the metal edges.
-
No ring? Use a paper strip
Wrap a narrow paper strip around the intended finger, mark where it meets, then measure that length in millimeters. Compare it to the circumference column and check it can pass your knuckle. A ring sizer or jeweler gives a more reliable fit.
-
Between sizes? Go up one for wide bands
Measure the finger you plan to wear it on. Wider bands can feel snugger. Repeat your measurement when your hands are warm.

- Print at 100% scale (Actual size), not Fit to page. Check the 50 mm line with a ruler.
- Cut along the dashed line and wrap the strip around the base of your finger, numbers facing out.
