ProductsAre the standard Green Lantern ring and the Lanterns show ring the same product?
They are separate designs. The standard Green Lantern Power Ring has the classic circular green emblem and silver-tone styling. The Lanterns show ring has a concentric green face, gold-tone framing and a wide dark band. Each has its own product page.
SetsWhat is included in the nine-ring set?
One of each standard Lantern power ring: Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Indigo, Violet, White and Black. The Lanterns show ring is sold separately. The display box shown in the campaign image is not included.
Mystery boxesWhat comes in each mystery box?
The Vault Box contains one standard Lantern power ring, one necklace and one keychain. Collector’s Vault contains three standard Lantern rings in different colors, one necklace and one keychain. Necklaces come from the Batman and Flash assortment, and the keychain is the Batman Batarang.
Mystery boxesCan I choose the colors or characters in my box?
We choose the designs when preparing your order. There are no duplicate designs within one box, but repeat orders may overlap. For a specific color or character, choose an individual product instead.
Mystery boxesIs a mystery box a subscription?
No. Both current mystery boxes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Vault artwork sets the scene; a metal safe or presentation case is not included.
DeliveryHow do I check shipping options?
Standard shipping to the US and Canada is free on every order. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping methods for your order. For a time-sensitive gift or a question about your destination, contact us before ordering.
OrdersHow can I ask about an order?
Use our Contact page or email relicsocietybusiness@gmail.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can find your purchase.
OrdersCan I change an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Changes depend on how far your order has progressed; sending a request does not automatically change the order.
ReturnsHow do returns and exchanges work?
We offer exchanges, not refunds, for a change of mind. Email us within 30 days of delivery to swap an unworn piece in its original packaging for another size or design, or for store credit. Wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping on these swaps is paid by you. Mystery boxes are final sale, except where the law requires otherwise.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email your order number and photos. We replace, exchange or refund it and cover the shipping. Full terms are in the refund policy.
DeliveryWhat does Shipping Protection cover?
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on in your cart, one charge per order. If a protected package is lost in transit, stolen, or marked delivered but never reaches you, we send a replacement or a refund once the problem is confirmed with the carrier.
Damaged, defective and wrong items are covered on every order, with or without protection, and we look into every delivery problem either way.
CareHow should I care for my accessories?
Wipe accessories gently with a soft, dry cloth and store pieces separately to help protect their finishes.
PhotographyDoes the Lanterns show ring glow like the campaign image?
The green glow in the styled campaign image is an added visual effect. Use the standard product photos to see the ring’s finish and detailing.
